I am in love with Indian food and found out this is pretty much a staple for cooking it. I made my own and I LOVE it.
1/4 cup coriander seeds
2 Tablespoons cumin seeds
1 Tablespoon black peppercorns
2 teaspoons cardamom pods
Two 3-inch cinnamon sticks, broken into small pieces
1 teaspoon whole cloves
1 whole nutmeg
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoons cyan pepper (for heat)
I had fun making it and using it in my curries.
